This artwork is called Chennai in the Clouds: a play on the phrase 'Head in the Clouds, capturing the piece's romanticized and whimsical portrayal of Chennai. 

 

This illustration was made into a puzzle by The Puzzlist who has a collection of small, snacky puzzles (100 pieces).
